we will work patiently with you until you are 100% satisfied, during this time we can arrange an onsite consultation for measurements and further collaboration. once you are satisfied and approve the image of your choice, it will be sent to our Art Lab for scaling, enhancement and source filing.
A final approval from you and your personalised art is sent 1st class to Italy where our manufacturing artisans will get to work producing your 1 of a kind art work. at this point it is 4 weeks away from completion. once completed and has passed quality control, your special tiles will be sent immediately to Australia where our expert Artisan technicians will be provided with the tiles and the map for installation.
